Cada vez son más los esfuerzos que se unen a una gran labor social en favor de la protección de los animales. En esta ocasión, la Sociedad Protectora y Compasiva de Animales de Puerto Vallarta (SPCAPV), dirigida por Janice Chatterton y coordinada porMark McCoy, Luz Wong e Yvonne Kalman, invitaron a la comunidad estadounidense a formar parte de una cena-subasta a beneficio de esta asociación civil, que además de tener en constante actividad de adopción de animales en situación de calle, también se encarga de dar a estas mascotas los cuidados necesarios para que se mantengan con buena salud.
