Consejos para elegir el banquete de boda

El banquete es uno de los aspectos más importantes de una boda y el que más cosas
incluye.

elementos que deben considerar para tener el banquete de su boda bajo control.

El banquete es uno de los gastos más fuertes de la boda y por eso deben analizar tú y tu
pareja muy bien lo que quieren, tener presupuestos de diferentes proveedores y poner
atención en los siguientes aspectos:

Lugar: considerar el espacio, facilidades para llegar a él y los servicios que ofrece
como estacionamiento, valet  parking, baños, personal.

Invitados: saber el número de invitados es muy importante para elegir el tipo de menú
de boda y la cantidad que van a pedir.  Siempre es buena idea pedir unos cuantos de
más por los invitados de última hora.

Menú: infórmense de los diferentes tipos de menú que les ofrecen, lo que incluyen y
características de cada uno.  Prueben todo lo que puedan y las veces necesarias para
estar seguros de lo que quieren para ese día tan especial:

1. Es conveniente  pensar en tener menús especiales. Pregunten a sus invitados si hay
vegetarianos, diabéticos o que necesiten una comida especial, así como contemplar
el infantil si habrá niños en su boda. (Esto lo pueden preguntar cuando entreguen las
invitaciones).

2. Piensen en el menú de la tornaboda si es que tendrán.  Tengan en cuenta el número
de horas por las que contrataron el lugar.

3. ¡No olviden el cóctel de bienvenida!  Está de moda recibir a los invitados con un
cóctel ofreciendo alguna bebida y canapés. Si deciden tenerlo pregunta si va
incluido en el banquete y elije lo que se dará.

Decoración: De acuerdo a tu gusto y el de tu pareja  elijan que tipo de adornos, flores,
colores de mantelería y todo lo necesario para se sientan lo más a gusto posible.

Música: decidan si quieren un Dj, un grupo musical o algún otro tipo de música.
Contempla las necesidades de cada uno como el espacio, luz y cosas técnicas. Piensen
en la música que quieren durante la comida o cena, la música especial para el baile de
novios, la música que quieren para bailar y la que habrá mientras la música en vivo
descansa. Recuerden que la música es la responsable de amenizar, hacer sonreír  y
poner a bailar a todos sus invitados.

Programa de boda: coordinen los horarios de acuerdo a su plan tomando en cuenta si
tendrán una bienvenida para sus invitados y el tiempo que se hace desde la iglesia o
lugar de la ceremonia, así los invitados estarán a tiempo en el festejo.

Forma de pago y contrato: Infórmense del momento en el que tienen que pagar,
¿cómo se pagará?,  ¿se debe dar algún anticipo?, ¿cuándo se debe pagar la segunda
parte? y todo lo necesario. Si es posible, firmen un contrato que los respaldará en
cualquier situación.

necessary, to be sure of what you want for your special day:
