DR. SERGIO DEL HOYO GALVÁN
El Dr. Sergio Arturo del Hoyo Galván nace en la ciudad de Guadalajara el 21 de marzo de 1976, Egresado de la carrera de medicina de la Universidad de Guadalajara;, con la especialidad de cirugía general y laparoscopía; Llega a Vallarta en el 2007 como cirujano de base en el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social. Realizó un curso avanzado de cirugía de obesidad y metabólica en la ciudad de Estrasburgo en Francia, certificado por el Consejo Mexicano de cirugía general, la Asociación Mexicana de Cirugía General, y la Asociación Mexicana de Cirugía Endoscópica; socio de la Sociedad Mexicana de Cirugía de Obesidad y el Colegio Mexicano de Cirugía de Obesidad, el Dr. del Hoyo se mantiene en constantes cursos y actualizaciones, recientemente participó en el congreso mundial de obesidad en la ciudad de Montreal y año tras año participa en este tipo de eventos, su objetivo es hacerle ver a la sociedad Vallartense, que no necesita salir de la ciudad para encontrar a un especialista capaz y confiable; Sus principales motivaciones en el trabajo son los resultados y satisfacciones obtenidas en sus pacientes; El poder ayudar a cambiar la vida de alguien a través de la intervención quirúrgica, y que este se recupere completamente es lo que lo lleva a amar su profesión.
Dr. Sergio Arturo del Hoyo Galván was born in the city of Guadalajara on March 21th 1976, a graduate of the career of medicine of the University of Guadalajara;, with the specialty of general surgery and laparoscopic; arrives in Vallarta in 2007 as surgeon in the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social. He took a course in advanced surgery of obesity and metabolic in the city of Strasbourg in France, certified by the Mexican Board of general surgery, the Mexican Association of General Surgery, and the Mexican Association of endoscopic surgery; Member of the Mexican society of the obesity surgery and the Mexican School of surgery of obesity, Dr. del Hoyo keeps himself updated with the latest courses and, recently he participated in the World Congress of obesity in the city of Montreal and year after year he participates in this type of event, since his aim is to show to the society of Vallarta, that they don´t need to leave the city to find a capable and reliable specialist; his main motivations at work are the results and satisfactions obtained by his patients; being able to help to change someone’s life through a surgical intervention, and that they completely recover, is what makes him love his profession.
