Tres artistas en el museo Peter Gray
El Patronato del Museo Peter Gray inauguró la exhibición de tres artistas: Ada Colorida, que pinta estilo naif con acrílico; Meg Munro, foto-realista en acuarela, y Bill Megrail, naturalista que trabaja en óleo. El proyecto comenzó con el propósito de sensibilizar a niños de 4º año de primaria de distintas escuelas federales, en su percepción en torno al arte y con ello cambiar la visión de su entorno. Por su parte los 3 artistas, Ada, Meg y Bill platicaron con los niños sobre su estilo y forma de pintar y de sus obras exhibidas en el museo, para dar paso a una rotonda en la que los niños echan a volar su imaginación, materializando sus propias creaciones artísticas. Podrán admirar la exhibición hasta el 21 de marzo, de 11:00 am a 17:00 pm, y sábados de 10:00 am a 13:00 pm. La entrada es libre en el Centro Universitario de la Costa.
Three artists at the Peter Gray Museum
The Trustees of the Peter Gray Museum inaugurated the exhibition of three artists: Ada Colorina, abstract expressionist style that paints with acrylic; Meg Munro, photo-realistic in watercolor, and Bill Megrail, naturalist who works in oil painting. The project began with the purpose of increasing awareness to children in 4th year of different primary federal schools, in their perception about art and with that, change their view about their environment. The 3 artists, Ada, Meg and Bill interacted with the children explaining their style and way of painting of their work exhibited in the museum, than a roundabout followed, at which the children set their imagination free, materializing their own artistic creations. You can admire the exhibition until the March 21, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 PM The entrance is free at the Centro Universitario de la Costa.
